This is an Italian cafe favorite and is perfect for a light meal or starter for a dinner party:
Method:
On a large serving platter or in small individual portions – place the bresaola along the edge overlapping your way into the middle, until the platter is covered.
place a handful of fresh rocket on top.
grate or peel (using a veg peeler) some mature parmesan shavings onto the plate.
Drizzle over a good quality olive oil and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice to bring the dish together.

* you can add a few thin slices of red onion for some kick and sweetness.
